JFS MetroWest will begin offering a support group for middle school children in grades five through eight on navigating friendships and the social environment. The group will meet for four weeks this summer on Tuesdays from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. beginning on July 24, and also meeting on July 31, August 7 and August 14. The group will meet at JFS offices located at 256 Columbia Turnpike, Suite 105 in Florham Park.

The group will allow adolescents to communicate and share experiences in a safe and supportive setting. It will address issues pertaining to social media, friendships and other pressures kids face during their middle school years. The group will be facilitated by Stephanie Warm, LCSW.
