Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will hold a free virtual interactive Passover cooking demonstration with famed kosher cooking instructor and author Naomi Ross on Tuesday, April 16 at 7 p.m. The community is invited to join Ross as she guides viewers step-by-step to make kosher-for-Passover Spiced French Roast with Dried Fruit, Celeriac-Potato Puree, and Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote with Nut Crunch.

Author of “The Giving Table,” Ross is a New York-based cooking instructor and author who for the past 20 years has taught people of all ages and stages, developing innovative culinary curricula and courses.

Ross writes articles and web content connecting the fun of good cooking with Jewish inspiration and is a regular contributor to the OU’s Jewish Action Magazine, Fleishigs Magazine, Kosher.com, and Aish.com. She lives in Woodmere, New York with her husband and four children.

The program is funded by a grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest and Jewish Family Service of Central NJ.
