Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will hold a free virtual program—“Dreaming of a Good Night’s Sleep: Sleep Hygiene for Mental Health Wellness”—with Dr. Joshua Tal, Monday,
August 19 at 4 p.m..
Dr. Joshua Tal is a New York/New Jersey based psychologist specializing in sleep and health related treatments in addition to life transition stress. His area of expertise is in sleep disorders, especially severe, chronic insomnia.
The program was made possible by a grant from the JFNA Center on Holocaust Care and Institute on Aging and Trauma, the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest New Jersey.
