JFSCNJ Plans Free Virtual Two-Part Program on Positive Thinking

Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will hold a free virtual two-part program, “Developing Positive Thinking,” on Tuesday, May 10 and Tuesday, June 14 at 4 p.m.

The program will be presented by Emilie Leyes, a Ph.D. candidate in mind-body medicine at Saybrook University. She holds certifications in plant-based nutrition and positive psychology.

The program is funded by a grant from the JFNA Center on Aging and Trauma and the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ.
