Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will be presenting “Restorative Chair Yoga” on Monday evening, June 22, 8-9 p.m. via Zoom. This free program will be led by JFSCNJ social worker and yoga instructor Alyssa Reiner, LSW, RYT-200. Reiner specializes in a strength-based yoga approach that includes mindfulness, restorative postures, and a therapeutic holistic approach to mental and physical wellness.
