Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will hold a free virtual, interactive Passover cooking demonstration with famed kosher food blogger Sylvia Fallas on Tuesday, March 28 at 7 p.m. Join Fallas as she guides viewers step-by-step to make Kosher for Passover mushroom and herb brisket, paprika potato wedges, honey harissa spatchcock chicken and hazelnut ganache tort.
Fallas is a New York-based cooking instructor and recipe developer who teaches interactive cooking classes and demonstrations for people of all ages.
The program is made possible by a grant from the JFNA Center on Holocaust Survivor Care and Institute on Aging and Trauma, and the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ.
