Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will hold a free virtual program, “Dreaming of a Good Night’s Sleep: Sleep Hygiene for Mental Health Wellness,” with Dr. Joshua Tal, Tuesday, April 25, at 4 p.m..
Dr. Joshua Tal is a New York/New Jersey-based psychologist specializing in sleep- and health-related treatments in addition to life-transition stress. His area of expertise is in sleep disorders, especially severe, chronic insomnia.
The program was made possible by a grant from the JFNA Center on Holocaust Care and Institute on Aging and Trauma, the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ.
