Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will hold a free, interactive “High Holiday Virtual Cooking Demonstration” with famed kosher food blogger Sylvia Fallas, Tuesday, September 12 at 6 p.m. She will guide participants step by step to make Apples and Honey Brisket, Pomegranate Glazed Carrots and Grandma’s Apple Crumble.
Fallas is a New York-based cooking instructor and recipe developer who teaches interactive cooking classes and leads demonstrations for people of all ages.
The program is made possible by a grant from the JFNA Center on Holocaust Survivor Care and Institute on Aging and Trauma, and the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ.
