Fifth grade JKHA students put their knowledge base of Egypt to use as they visited the Egypt wing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. They embarked on group scavenger hunts throughout the wing. Created to capitalize and expand on students’ historical and critical-thinking skills, the scavenger hunt allowed students to enjoy their recent mastery of ancient Egypt content material as they expanded their thinking through an exploration of primary sources and artifacts.
