JKHA fifth graders enjoyed a trip to The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Students engaged in an educational, fun-filled scavenger hunt in the museum’s Egyptian wing. The activity was centered around the fifth grade social studies curriculum. Students loved seeing the Egyptian artifacts that they had learned about throughout the year up close, and the weather cooperated so they could enjoy a picnic lunch in Central Park.
