JKHA Girls Take the Dance Floor

Denah Emerson, the Director of Communications at Yeshiva University High School for Girls, has joined the Kushner team for a four-week simcha dance intensive class for the sixth, seventh and eighth grade girls. As a dance teacher at Camp Morasha and an occasional DJ for simchas, Denah will lead the middle school girls as they learn how to dance to current music and engage in proper etiquette in dance circles as active participants at simchas. As the students become more confident and engaged dancers, they will learn to bring ruach to the simchas they attend, elevating the atmosphere of each event as they celebrate. Whether attending a close friend’s bat mitzvah, a family member’s wedding or a school chagigah, the sixth, seventh, and eighth grade girls are sure to be the life of the party!
