JKHA lower school learned about the importance of protecting the environment to mark Earth Day last Wednesday. Fourth grade students were tasked with creating a project for Earth Day. Students created posters, PowerPoint presentations, paintings, bird feeders, 3D earth models, books and more. Second graders wrote in their daily writing journals about how they can help the environment and why we celebrate Earth Day.
