JKHA Lower School had a moving start to the first day of school as everyone from early childhood through fourth grade gathered in the newly renovated library to sing Hatikvah and recite the Pledge of Allegiance all together with their friends and teachers. The first day was productive, fun and inspirational as students got acclimated to their new grades, classes and teachers. First through third grades got an extra special ruach treat during lunch when everyone received a JKHA sign so they could display their school pride. The school looks forward to a year of growth, exploration, inquiry and excellence.
