The fifth and sixth grades at JKHA participated in a workshop about digital citizenship. The presentation focused on how to appropriately use the internet, social media and how to text in a safe and appropriate manner. Using engaging video presentations, the program helped students become aware of the permanency of the information that they post and how the messages that they send can affect themselves and others. Throughout the seminar, the students actively participated, sharing their own ideas and experiences about internet and texting.
