The JKHA middle school boys Torah Bowl team competed in a match against four division champions from all across New York and New Jersey. These four competing teams rose to the top from a league of 17 school teams. The boys diligently prepared over the last six weeks by reviewing the entire sefer Devarim with Rashi. Their hard work paid off and they brought home the trophy for the second year in a row! JKHA is very proud of its students for earning this wonderful accomplishment and for their commitment to the team.

“It was beautiful to see four schools display their extensive knowledge of an entire sefer of Chumash and Rashi. We are proud and humbled to have won the competition. The boys’ dedication is unmatched and it was amazing to see their hard work truly come to fruition,” commented Rabbi Dovid Sukenik, mashgiach ruchani at JKHA and Torah Bowl team faculty advisor.
