The Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy Middle School elected its student council after an election season that featured primaries, campaigning, speeches and a final vote. Candidates spoke about their vision for the school, both for the current school year and beyond. Their classmates then had the opportunity to evaluate the speeches and cast their votes.

The election took place on Friday, October 23 and winners were announced at the end of the school day.
