Thursday June 16 after school had ended for JKHA, most kids were thinking about summer. But the JKHA girls middle school hockey players and their fans, and their Yavneh counterparts, were readying for the YMSSA championship game. The gym at TABC was packed with fans and the girls played a great game. JKHA got on the scoreboard first and continued to play tenacious defense while adding three more goals. Both teams played three hard periods but under the veteran coaching leadership of Paul Riez, the JKHA Cobras took home the championship with a 4-0 win, completing an unbelievable undefeated season.
