On December 22, the sixth night of Chanukah, the Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy Middle School hosted its annual Parent-Child Breakfast and Learning. Many parents came out to learn with their children and partake in a festive and delicious meal. Morah Kayla Bluman and Rabbi Reuven Greenberg, members of the MS Judaic faculty, helped facilitate an inspiring and illuminating learning experience for the students and their parents. Basing the learning around one of Chanukah’s many themes, miracles, they discussed different types of miracles, and that the bigger miracles can help people recognize and appreciate even the smallest miracles in their lives.
