The Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy/Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School (JKHA/RKYHS) ATID SOCIETY is pleased to present master mentalist Lior Suchard, on Sunday, November 22, at 6:30 p.m. Suchard will perform live from Israel in an interactive format that will mesmerize audience members as the ATID SOCIETY event moves to a virtual platform this year.
The ATID SOCIETY event kicks off the school’s Annual Campaign, which enables JKHA/RKYHS to continue to deliver academic excellence in Judaic and general Studies while ensuring that the school remains accessible to school families. ATID SOCIETY members understand that tuition and fees cover only 70% of the costs of an outstanding JKHA/RKYHS education. The Annual Campaign enables JKHA/RKYHS to continue to strengthen academic excellence, provide financial assistance, and hire and maintain top-tier faculty. This year, in addition to providing critical operating support for the Annual Campaign, gifts to ATID help JKHA/RKYHS alleviate expenses associated with the reopening of its campus for safe in-school instruction, including extensive health and safety upgrades to the school building, enhanced technology to allow for remote learners, and increased support for financial assistance for families struggling due to COVID-19.
The ATID event this year moves to a virtual format. Lior Suchard’s mind-blowing performances, featuring miraculous predictions and startling mind readings, have made him the most sought-after mentalist in the world. Performing these amazing feats, Suchard takes live audiences on an incredible journey through the wonders of the human brain. His act is built on drama and astonishment, and integrates lots of humor and full audience participation to create the ultimate combination of wonder, laughter and fun.
This is the 13th year that Bat Sheva and Murray Halpern, dedicated parents and stakeholders, have chaired this important event. Murray, who also serves on the school’s board of trustees, said, “We look forward to greeting guests virtually on November 22 as we celebrate together (even while apart) a new year of shared commitment to Jewish education, our wider community and our beloved school.”
