This Sunday, August 18, the Annual Jewish Jubilation with the Hudson Valley Renegades will be happening at 4:30 p.m. at Dutchess Stadium. The Renegades, the Class A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays Major League Team, will play the Staten Island Yankees, the affiliate of the New York Yankees. This year, Chaim Kiss of Teaneck will be singing the Hatikva and a kosher food truck will be on site. The game is co-sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Dutchess County and tickets can be easily ordered online at https://groupmatics.events/event/Jewishjubilation, with tickets at only $10 each.
Dutchess Stadium, located in Wappinger Falls, New York, is near Northern New Jersey, Rockland and Westchester counties and seats only 4,500, so there is not a bad seat in the stadium. There are plenty of fun activities for the children during the game and, of course, they will still be watching baseball.
Steve Gliner, president of the Renegades and general manager of the team, personally invites everyone to the event and to come say hello to him.
