Author and Jewish Link contributor Joseph Rotenberg, whose book, “Timeless Travels,” was named by the Huffington Post as a “must read” will be speaking and autographing books at the Teaneck Library on Tuesday, April 24, at 7:00 p.m. The book, a rich collection of short stories based on the American/Jewish experience has garnered critical praise from newspapers, radio and TV critics nationwide and is loosely based on Mr. Rotenberg’s experience growing up in New York and having traveled extensively in Israel and Europe.
“Rotenberg is a gifted storyteller…he captures the American-Jewish experience…with all the rigor of an anthropologist and the vivacity of a poet,” exclaimed the Kirkus Review. Noted author Douglas Cobb of Bestsellers.com commented, “The subtitle of the book is very apt, as the tales contained in Timeless Travels, by Joseph Rotenberg, are full of mystery, intrigue, humor and enchantment.”
So if you enjoy short stories that take you on a journey back in time or to exotic places, come to the Teaneck Library for an enjoyable “cup of Joe” and an evening you won’t soon forget.
