Jump Into Shape  Offers ‘Beginner Men’s’ For Ages 55 and Over

(Courtesy of Jump Into Shape) Jump Into Shape, a fitness program designed to build a healthier body for your soul, has opened registration for a new men’s beginner jump rope program for ages 55 and over. Participants in this four-week program will learn the proper form and technique for jump roping, and receive two new Crossrope weighted jump ropes, one ¼-lb rope and one ½-lb rope (a $99 value); four 30-minute beginner classes/workouts ($60 value each); and an exercise mat ($33 value) for only $129. “I’m excited to offer the benefits of the Jump Into Shape program to a different generation of men,” said Moskowitz. “We provide each participant with everything they need to build a better body for their soul at home, regardless of age. Weighted jump rope and bodyweight exercises will be combined in low-intensity workouts that burn calories and strengthen muscles.”

Currently, Jump Into Shape offers 10 men’s weekly online classes that all combine the use of weighted jump ropes and bodyweight exercises: three 10-Minute Jump Rope High Interval Intensity Training (HIIT) classes that burn about 130 calories, four 45-minute Jump Rope HIIT classes that burn about 475 calories, two 30-minute intermediate Jump Rope HIIT classes that burn about 325 calories and a beginner class. In addition, there is a weekly 30-minute women’s beginner and intermediate class.
