Kol Chaverim Preschool is in full Chanukah spirit! They love playing Chanukah songs throughout the day. In music class, they utilize movements like marching like a Macabee and spinning like a dreidel. Everyone is engaged! The children counted how many candles were on the menorah and noticed one candle was taller than the rest, the shamash! All classes have been working hard making their menorahs too. While learning about oily potato latkas, the yeladim dipped a ball of aluminum foil into paint and decorated the frying pan! What a fun, new medium to use and explore.
