With the changeover in government administrations in our nation’s capital, we couldn’t have selected a more perfect time for the launching of Kol HaBirah, The Jewish Link’s newest affiliate publication that will cover the news of Jewish interest both inside the Beltway and outside the Beltway. “We’re excited and tremendously proud to be able to announce the launch of our fourth Jewish Link affiliate paper,” said Jewish Link Co-Publisher Moshe Kinderlehrer, who manages the New Jersey and Bronx, Westchester and Connecticut newspapers, while the Queens Jewish Link is published by Yaakov Serle. “We hope to capture the growth and energy of our nation’s capital and cover the issues important to the Washington Jewish community. We wish a great deal of hakarat hatov to Publisher Hillel Goldschein, and new staff members Rachel Kohn, Bari Perlmutter and Kami Troy.

Kol HaBirah will cover news in the extensive Washington Jewish market, which stretches from Silver Spring, Maryland, to Washington, D.C., Fairfax, Virginia and beyond. It is a vibrant community that has much in common with our communities here in the tri-state area.
