(RKYHS sports) Congratulations to the Kushner boys varsity soccer team on defeating Ramaz 3-1 to win the Metropolitan Yeshiva High School Athletic League championship.

The Cobras jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead and never looked back. Goals were scored by Jakob Margolin, Josef Margolin and Rotem Usi.

The team is coached by Logan Singman, RKYHS alum ’04. The Cobras were the third seed going into the postseason. The Kushner boys varsity soccer team last won the league championship in 2017.

MVP of the game went to junior Shai Koldin who was outstanding at goal.
