A huge mazel tov to the varsity girls Kushner soccer team on their championship win against the previously undefeated Ma’ayanot. After facing Ma’ayanot in the championship for the second year in a row, the Kushner Cobras are finally victorious. Both teams put up a tremendous fight and should be applauded for their efforts. The game was very close into the second half, until Kushner pulled ahead, resulting in the final score of 5-1. This team has made Kushner history, being the first team to bring home a girls’ soccer championship win. They should be so proud of all they have accomplished.
