The children of Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School celebrated their love for Israel on Yom Ha’atzmaut. They handed in their plane tickets and flew to Israel. They then took their passports and had them stamped at the different locations found in Israel. They went to Yam Hamelach where they explored with salt water and mud, the Kotel where they left notes, Tel Aviv where they made art, and Eilat where they played in the sand like on the beach. They enjoyed delicious blue and white cookies and ended with a parade while holding their flags and singing “Hatikvah.”
