The children of the Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School at Congregation AABJ&D in West Orange are focusing on giving as they learn about Chanukah. The children and their families are partaking in an eight days of giving project which includes cards for Lone Soldiers in the IDF, collecting canned goods to be donated to the local food bank, practice giving compliments to a friend, helping mommy and daddy with things at home.

The children also enjoyed special activities during the school day such as painting their own wooden dreidels, a special visit from Rabbi Zwickler, eating latkes and singing Chanukah songs for the the Felice Blank Seniors Program.

It was an exciting week full of celebration for all!
