Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey’s Lavy House Live series will be presenting “Volunteer Opportunities at JFS,” on Wednesday, August 16, at 11 a.m., at the Lavy House, 748 E. Broad Street, Westfield.
Join us for a look inside the variety of volunteer opportunities available at JFS for older adults through our partnership with AmeriCorps Seniors. Danielle McLeer, director of outreach and volunteers; Kathleen Fernandez, food pantry coordinator; and Evely Colon-Coleman, garden coordinator, will each present about their respective programs and offerings.
The program is funded by the Lavy House Senior Resource Center and the Standish Foundation. Light refreshments will be served. Ample parking is available in the Temple Emanu-El lot.
