Highland Park’s Mayor Elsie Foster was pleased to be included in the Yom Ha’Atzmaut parade at the Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva in Edison on Tuesday morning, May 14, in honor of the 76th anniversary of the establishment of the state of Israel. She was honored to join Edison Councilman Asaf Shmuel at this event and to march proudly with hundreds of RPRY students, parents, faculty and staff.
