The children of the Leah Sokoloff Nursery School of Shomrei Torah in Fair Lawn celebrated Yom Ha’atzmaut with a virtual trip to Israel. They visited a kibbutz, the city of Tel Aviv and the Kotel in Jerusalem. They dug for artifacts and stopped for lunch at an Israeli cafe where they enjoyed pickles, chummus, falafel and pita. They sang and danced to their favorite Israeli songs and boarded the plane back to Shomrei Torah.
