The 2s class of the Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School began learning about Rosh Hashanah—the Jewish New Year. The kids pat their heads for “Rosh” then yell “Hashanah!” What fun they had making the honey jars with tissue paper and learning about bees making honey. They decorated apples by painting bubble wrap and putting it on the paper apple and popping the bubbles. The children also love singing “Dip the Apple in the Honey.”
