Many thanks to Teaneck Mayor Mohammed Hameeduddin for his many years of service and dedication to our hometown. To be an effective mayor requires sound management and leadership skills, the ability to inspire, empathy, toughness and intelligence. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we again learned what the military has known for thousands of years: Leadership matters. He acted quickly and with purpose in February and March to help save lives by signing an executive order to protect all of our families from this dangerous virus, and for that we are grateful. Thank you, Mayor Hameeduddin. You were the best man for the job.
