Chaim grew up in Israel, in the neighborhood of Ramot in Jerusalem. He studied at Yeshivat Mateh Binyamin in Bet El and later graduated from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem with a BFA in Fine Arts.
In 2016, Chaim moved with his family to the U.S., starting out in Oradell, New Jersey. He then discovered Teaneck, a warm and welcoming community that he describes as the U.S. version of the Jerusalem neighborhood he grew up in and loves.
Chaim studied real estate and architecture at the College of Management in Jerusalem. He started his real estate career at Bayoff Properties and Insurance in 2008, where he focused on residential property transactions.
Chaim served in the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps, stationed on the Lebanon border. Mastering timing and information analysis was crucial in his service in the military and has proven to be equally valuable in his work in the real estate world.
Chaim’s experiences bring both a global and local approach to current real estate transactions to service his clients and all of their real estate needs. He loves networking and connecting with people all over the world to help them reach their real estate goals.
