Lubavitch on the Palisades Elementary School ended the school year with a Healthy Habits party sponsored by Stop & Shop. LPS had a healthy habits program in which a specif­ic healthy habit was highlighted each month. Students were taught about the habit and were encouraged to incorporate the habit into their everyday lives. Habits included eating fruits and vegetables, drinking water, and getting a good night of sleep.

LPS is committed to nurturing the Jewish mind, body and soul. Stop & Shop, in its support of educational and nutritional opportunities for children, provided LPS with grant money that was necessary to facilitate this program.
