Mrs. Stein’s Honors Chemistry class ended their unit on limiting reactants with a delicious and fun S’mores Stoichiometry Lab. They first figured out which was the limiting reactant when using a box of graham crackers, a bag of marshmallows and a bag of Hershey’s chocolate bars. They then put the knowledge to work by using dedicated bunsen burners to roast marshmallows and create S’mores for the class.
