This past Thursday the Ma’ayanot students and faculty celebrated a successful and very productive first semester. G.O. ran a fun and interactive end-of-semester celebration where everyone participated in cake wars. The students and faculty were split up into groups and they had to decorate their cake as their favorite Ma’ayanot moment from first semester. These creative creations included special moments such as the shabbaton, the Rapids Retreat, and the Chanukah chagiga. The program concluded with everyone watching a recap video featuring all the amazing activities, learning opportunities and programs that took place during first semester. The celebration was a great way for all the students to reflect on all their achievements over this past semester and get excited for what is in store for second semester!
