Sophomore Esther Avidan started the offensive onslaught a mere seven seconds into the first quarter. Avidan’s goal came off of a nifty assist from Dafna Levine. Moments later the favor was returned and Levine netted one off of a pass from Avidan. When the smoke cleared the duo accounted for 11 of the team’s 16 goals.

Senior captains, Michal Mizrahi and Dina Jawetz each chipped in with a goal a piece. Sophomore Noa Berkowitz scored off of a penalty shot and sophomore Kate Weinberg plugged in a goal as well in the third quarter.

The Rapids will face Kushner in the championship.
