Maayanot 10th graders went to see the newly-opened, limited engagement Broadway production of Henrik Ibsen’s famous play “A Doll’s House.” Starring Jessica Chastain, it is the first Broadway production since 1997. After reading the play last semester, students were able to engage deeply with the artistic and literary choices made by the director in this contemporary re-telling.
