The Ma’ayanot engineering course is plowing full STEAM ahead! Ma’ayanot students have been exploring the world of 3D printing and are quickly discovering that the 3D world is exponentially exciting! Students were invited to create an original piece using the 3D printers in the Ma’ayanot Makers Space and the design was entirely up to them. Trial and error are key as students learned to use new tools and were given the freedom to build their own original creation. The 3D printer is one cog in the engineering world; the interface of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics make STEAM a dynamic and unique part of every student’s Ma’ayanot experience. If you can dream it, you can build it! One piece (machine) at a time!
