At the core of Jewish life is an unwavering commitment to chesed. Ma’ayanot is proud of its students’ commitment to chesed, and the important work that they do for the community. At the annual Chesed Fair, there were representatives from a dozen organizations come to speak with students about the important work that they do, and about the different ways that the students can volunteer. Girls perused the various offerings and learned about the fantastic opportunities and various ways in which they can pave their own way in contributing to society and make the world a more loving and supportive place.
