Yossi @yossiwoodworx, a master woodworker, visited Ma’aynot’s sophomore STEAM class to meet with students on the progress of their electronic devices that they have been creating and building for the ‘Making a Difference At Ma’ayanot Program’ for the visually impaired and children with special needs. Sophomores met with these children and their therapists back in November and have been working on the devices since then. Students were very appreciative of Yossi’s visit and thank him for his innovative advice and feedback on their projects. The girls look forward to him returning in a couple of months to see their finished products.
