Ma’ayanot’s Torah Bowl team, coached by Talmud teacher Mrs. Chava Lerner, successfully competed in playoff matchups against SAR, Ramaz and Frisch. The team now advances to the championship meet, scheduled to take place after Pesach.

Interestingly, Mrs. Chava Lerner happens to be a Ma’ayanot alumna from the class of 2004. As a student, she was a member of the Torah Bowl team throughout high school and captain of the team in her senior year. That year the team won the championship.
