Rabbi Eli brought the Anshei Lubavitch Matzah factory to school this week! We started with stalks of wheat, and carefully checked them to make sure they were completely dry! We carefully ground the kernels into flour, mixed the flour with water, rolled the dough nice and flat and poked it full of holes! We enjoyed participating in every step of the process!
