The Moriah Early Childhood had the opportunity to make their own matzah at the matzah factory. The children separated the shaft from the wheat, watched as the wheat kernels were ground into flour and mixed the flour with water, knowing it had to do be done quickly so that th dough would not turn to chometz. The students had fun rolling the dough and making it flat and paper-thin. They used a special tool to make holes in the matzah before placing them into the oven.
