The newly launched MDS Connect program offers in-house support for new teachers, setting them up for success and helping them thrive as effective educators. Under the leadership of veteran third grade teacher Morah Chana Raitman, this program creates a collaborative environment where new teachers from various departments share insights and work together to problem-solve and implement best practices in their classroom, promoting reflection, teamwork and professional growth.
