Friends of Lubavitch of Bergen County sponsored a Chanukah menorah lighting and carnival at Bogota Borough Hall. More than 450 attended the carnival that featured rides, games, photo booth, cotton candy, latkes, doughnuts, chocolate gelt and dreidels.
