As the girls’ season heads into its final week of regular season play, there were some terrific games last weekend. At BPY 12 points from Elisheva Dresdner was almost enough to propel ABC Nutrition by Bess past the Knicks. Thirteen points apiece from Hannah Reider and Elisheva Piotnica carried team Sharsheret past V&N Realty. Daniella Marks dropped 16 points as Marc@Links narrowly edged out the Jawbreakers. Esti Schreiber scored 13 points for team Chai Lifeline, but Shayna Eizikovitz answered back with 20 of her own as Poppy’s Bagels Pizza and TCBY took that game. Naomi Wild put the Nets on her back, scoring 20 points to go along with 14 from Maya Best as they defeated Congregation Bnai Yeshurun.
The action continues this weekend at Yavneh Academy, Ma’ayanot High School and Yeshivat Ben Porat Yosef.
