This week’s spotlight game took place in Paramus, inside the hallowed walls of the Ben Porat Yosef gym. Team NDC Drug and Five Star Caterers faced off in a 2pm game. The NCD girls started the game a little flushed after losing the first half of the double header, an overtime thriller to team Net@Work and coach of the year candidate Michael Graber. Despite playing six quarters less than thirty minutes before, the teams were very aware that playoff seeding was at stake. Aliza Yager (18pts) and Temmy Gerson (8pts) lead team Five Star, but when the final buzzer sounded,the Ariellas- Vogel (23pts) and Addi (10pts)- and team NDC Drug walked away with a very important 43-40 victory.
