Migdal Ohr Hosts Annual Gala Dinner

(Courtesy of Migdal Ohr) Migdal Ohr, Israel’s premier education-focused organization for underprivileged, orphaned, abused and new immigrant children, will hold its Annual Gala Dinner on Wednesday, May 9, at The Edison Ballroom in New York City. Supporters from across the tri-state area are invited to attend and raise funds for Migdal Ohr’s at-risk youth, while also honoring distinguished supporters who have contributed significantly to the success of the organization over its 45-year history.

Migdal Ohr is proud to honor Murray and Estelle Appelbaum of Monsey, New York; Dr. Steven and Cherie Starkman of Englewood, New Jersey; and Caroline Starkman, also of Englewood. Migdal Ohr’s founder and dean, and Israel Prize winner, Rabbi Yitzchak Dovid Grossman, will present the awards and thank the honorees for their dedicated support.

This year’s gala theme will be a celebration of Israel @ 70, while also marking Migdal Ohr’s 45 years of providing refuge and life-saving programs for tens of thousands of orphans and children at risk. The evening will also feature a special musical performance by the Frisch School Choir.

Please call 212-397-3700 or visit www.migdalohrusa.org/2018gala to purchase tickets to the 2018 Migdal Ohr Gala Dinner.
